I love to take pictures when I go for long runs

In an effort to make it to the finish-line in one piece, I hunted for a training schedule that seamed manageable. I found a 20 week schedule in a book I'm reading called "The Non Runner's Marathon Guide for Women" by Dawn Dais. She is so funny, Im really enjoying her book.
Week two looked like this-
